DIRECTIONS TO FARM: Real estate is located 2.5 miles west of Auburn, Il. on Il. Rt. 104 to Lead Line Road then north ½ mile to Emerald Road, then east ½ mile to Alexander Road then north ½ mile to the farm.


LEGAL DESCRIPTION AND TAXES: Chatham Twp. 14N-R6W-Sections 29 & 30. Tax ID#s 28-290-100-006 & 28-30.0-200-006. Taxes billed in 2017 $639.62 & $672.28.


SOIL TYPES: Ipava (43A), Virden (50A)  & Hartsburg (244A).
