TERMS:  10% down, balance due upon closing.   The Estate receives this years CRP funds, with new owner making decision on CRP program for next year.  Tracts to be sold separately and then together.  Seller(s) reserve the right to refuse any or all bids.  Purchase Agreement will be signed day of sale.  Announcements made day of sale take precedence over printed material.  Not responsible for thefts or accidents
