Directions to auction site: 4 miles east of Effingham, IL on U.S. Hwy 40 or a ½ mile east of Teutopolis, IL on U.S. Hwy 40.  Or off Interstate 70 in Montrose, IL take exit 105 & go south a ¼ of a mile.  Turn west on U.S. Hwy 40 & travel 3.5 miles.
