TERMS OF AUCTION

Illinois gun sale laws will be enforced.  Illinois residents must have valid F.O.I.D. or F.F.L.  Residents of states adjoining Illinois must wait 24 hrs. to pick-up long guns.  Hand guns will be shipped to a dealer in your state of residence.  72 hr. holding period for in-state handgun sales.  24 hrs. for long guns.

All weapons will be processed through Schuh’s Firearms and Supplies, located 4 miles North of Mt. Carmel on Illinois State Route 1.  ALL guns will be picked up at this location!  A $15.00 transfer fee will apply to ALL sales.  5% Buyer’s premium with 5% discount for cash or check purchases.  Uniformed Security Personnel on Site
