DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY: This property consists of a  2 story brick  structure that was built in 1922.  The main building consists of:  1ST. FLOOR:  3 classrooms, office  and  boys and girls restrooms.   The 2nd. Floor has 6 classrooms. Several of the classrooms have built in wooden cabinets that appear to be oak. There is a gymnasium with the original wooden floor,  wooden bleachers, a balcony with seating area and also a stage.  There is a 2738 sq. ft. 1 story addition that was built in 1957 that adjoins the main building and  consists of a classroom, handicapped accessible restroom,  maintenance storage room, and a cafeteria area with a kitchen. Also there is a basement where the boilers are located in which there  is approximately 800 sq. ft.  Total Sq. Footage is 18,633. Newer style double pane windows were installed in the building in the 1980s, with 2 Kewanee hot water boilers installed in 1998. Wheel chair lift to the 2nd floor will stay with the building along with all of the  play ground equipment. and the S.S. hood and ansul system in the kitchen.  There is city water and city sewage to the property.
