Franklin Mall and out lot in Downtown Decatur will sell "absolute auction" to the highest bidder. Square footage of Franklin Mall is: 540 sq. ft. basement, 8,829 sq. ft. main floor, 5,779 sq. ft. second floor, totaling 15,148 sq. ft. for the building.  We will sell contents of the mall, restaurant and all mall decor.

Order of the Sale:

• Real Estate will be sold first at 10 a.m.
• Following the sale of the real estate:  the contents from the building (even some items attached to the building inside & out) will be sold to be removed by purchaser of items.
• Restaurant equipment will be sold at 12 p.m.

  Terms and Conditions of Real Estate Sale: 

  • Successful purchaser(s) to pay $25,000 non-refundable down payment to be held in escrow day of auction for the lot w/building and $5,000 non-refundable down payment to be held in escrow day of auction on the vacant lot.  A Cashier's Check will be an accepted method of down payment.  NOTE:  Property is not selling subject to financing.  Please have your financing in order and be prepared to buy.  Close will be in 30 days or agreed upon date between seller and purchaser.
