Real Estate Terms

1.    Successful bidder will be required to sign a written contract on day of auction.

2.    Successful bidder to pay $7500.00 of non-refundable Ernest money on Auction Day with the balance due in 30 days or at time of closing.

3.    Buyer will receive title policy and deed at closing.

4.    Property taxes will be pro-rated to the date of closing.

5.    Property to be sold “as-is” with no warranties expressed or implied as to its condition.

6.    Announcements made auction day take precedence over all printed material.

7.    Not subject to financing.
