Tract 2: 41.60 acres more or less with approximately 20 acres more or less tillable in Section 3, Township 6, Range 10 in Willow Hill Township, of Jasper County, Newton, Illinois. This tract offers tillable acres and hunting opportunities. Parcel #94-13-03-200-014

Tract 3: 30 acres more or less with approximately 4 acres more or less tillable in Section 3, Township 6, Range 10 in Willow Hill Township, of Jasper County, Newton, Illinois. TERMS: 10% down, with signed Purchase Agreement day of sale. Balance due upon closing. Title Insurance will be provided. The two oil and gas leases will be retained by the Estate. 2025 Crops will be harvested by current farm tenant and crops will be retained by the Estate. Tenants rights for farming have been terminated for the 2026 year. There is currently a person with hunting rights for these properties until January 18, 2026.
